    Training Update #2 - May 2026 • POUND: Rockout. Workout.®

    We have two additional updates to share: 

     

    1. PRO SKILLS (MANUALS) 

    The Pro Skills section has been updated across all program training manuals to reflect current in-person offerings and the removal of Pro Mentorship. No changes were needed to ICON Guides or Presentation Slides.

    Updated pages: PRW pg. 31 | UP pg. 38 | GP pg. 33 (with photo update) | LU pg. 17

    The PRW, UP, and GP manuals now read:

    PRO SKILLS

    The go-to section in The Label for all things education, from blogs and vlogs on Pro essentials, to virtual and in-person workshops, courses, master classes, Band Practices, and much, much more! 

    LEARNING CENTER: continuously expand on your knowledge and skills as a Pro with a robust library of blogs and video tutorials.

    COURSES + WORKSHOPS: learn and ask questions in real-time with one of our ICONs during our free virtual workshops and paid-for virtual and in-person courses.  

    BAND PRACTICE: join an ICON and fellow Pros in a 3-hour practice session where you’ll break down and learn 2 brand new + exclusive POUND tracks, elevate your instruction and connect with the POUND Pro community.

     

     

    The LU manual (pg 17 under Practice Tools) now reads:

    PRO SKILLS

    Within The Label, Pro Skills features essential education and resources to enhance your instruction and help elevate your class experiences. Learnings from LEVEL Up should be applied to these resources, maximizing their value and benefit. You have a robust library of blogs and vlogs with The Learning Center and growth opportunities with Band Practice, in-person and virtual workshops + courses, and more. 

     

     

    2. RIPSTIX — UP and GP Manuals

    A line has been added to UP pg. 11 and GP pg. 11:

    Exclusive Ripstix® packages are available to licensed Pros and approved POUND Venues in The Label. 

    To reflect this, the following ICON Guide updates have been made:

    • UP ICON Guide, pg 16: Teaching point 7 is now “Pros and approved POUND Venues gain exclusive access to discounted Ripstix packages inside the Pro Shop of The Label.” Previous teaching points 7 and 8 have shifted to 8 and 9
    • GP ICON Guide, pg 13: addition of “RIPSTIX® PACKAGES: ICON: Please share that licensed Pros and approved Venues can access exclusively bundled and discounted Ripstix® packages through The Label”

     

    All changes have been made to English manuals. Translated versions will be updated as trainings approach. Please proactively check your language’s materials ahead of upcoming trainings and reach out to me directly if anything is missing.
