Adrienne, Amber, and Carol—affectionately known as The Three Musketeers (or a motley crew of misfit movement magic, depending on who you ask). These dynamic Tour Crew members first crossed paths in 2019 at a Pound for Pink event, where friendship struck as hard as the beat.

Since then, they’ve become a driving force in Colorado’s Pound Rockout Workout scene, hosting some of the state’s most unforgettable events—including Pound4ALZ and Pound Your Ass Off (Carol’s father passed away from Alzheimer’s and Amber was diagnosed with colon cancer in 2023 & finished chemo in 2024. 1 year cancer free!). These 2 events alone have collectively raised over $25,00! These high-energy experiences have drawn Pound Pros, Tour Crew, and ICONs from across the country, turning Colorado into a rhythm-fueled destination for community, empowerment, and pure joy.

Whether they’re leading the charge with Pound & Pours, mentoring new instructors, or simply showing up with unmatched energy and heart, Adrienne, Amber, and Carol embody what it means to be Tour Crew: united by purpose, powered by passion, and always ready to make noise.

But their impact goes far beyond the stage. Adrienne, Amber, and Carol are deeply connected to the broader Colorado Pound Pro community—making time to check in, collaborate, and celebrate each other’s wins. Whether it’s promoting classes, attending events, or simply grabbing coffee and catching up, they embody the heart of Pound: support, sisterhood, and shared purpose. Their commitment to lifting each other up is what makes this crew not just powerful—but unforgettable.Together, they prove that when community leads, connection thrives—and the beat goes far beyond the workout.

Amber’s advice: You won’t be heard if you don’t make noise, make it loud and you’ll be proud!

Carol’s advice: A simple word of advice? Take the chance on yourself! You’ll never know the greatness you can achieve with 1 little word, YES.

    Adrienne’s words of wisdom:

    1. Build Your Beat Beyond the Class. Don’t just teach—connect. Check in with your local Pound fam, promote each other’s events, and show up for one another. Community is the heartbeat of this format.
    2. Make Your Classes a Vibe. Curate playlists that tell a story, theme your classes, dress the part, and let your personality shine. You’re not just leading a workout—you’re creating an experience.
    3. Collaborate, Don’t Compete. There’s room for everyone to rock. Partner with other instructors, co-host events, and lift each other up. When one of us wins, we all do.
    4. Stay Loud About Your Passion. Use social media to share your journey, your classes, and your wins. Your energy is contagious—let it ripple out and attract your tribe.
    5. Keep the Joy Front and Center. Whether you’re pounding for a cause or just pounding out stress, remember: this is about joy, release, and connection. Let that be your compass.
    6. Never Stop Playing. Make time to hang out, dance, hike, laugh, and live outside of Pound. The deeper your friendships, the stronger your crew—and the more magnetic your classes become.
    7. Didn’t Make Tour Crew the First Time? Don’t Give Up. Every great anthem has a build-up. If you didn’t make it yet, you’re just in the intro. Keep pounding, keep connecting, and keep being your loud, authentic self. Your Tour Crew moment is coming—and it’ll be worth the wait.

Thank you The Three Musketeers! We love watching you shine!
