Cepham Calls on Industry to Rethink Men’s Health and Wellness

Raw material and ingredient supplier Cepham (Somerset, NJ) is leading a call for the natural products industry to rethink how men are supported through every stage of life, going beyond testosterone and prostate health.

“Men’s health today must go beyond the outdated methods their fathers likely experienced. We’ve moved past the mindset of ‘just endure’ and annual checkups as the only defense. Precision wellness—driven by biomarkers, neuro-optimization, and endocrine disruption insights—offers men the chance to optimize, not just survive,” said Anand Swaroop, PhD, founder and president of Cepham.

In 2025, Cepham launched its Life Phases and Stages (LPAS) Blends, which provide dietary supplement manufacturers with pre-formulated ingredient systems designed to support critical health milestones. These include reproductive health and metabolism in early adulthood, and sarcopenia, cardiovascular resilience and cognitive preservation in late life, the company said.

According to the company, the need for innovation is urgent. Men in theirs 20s and 30s face fertility and mental health issues and men in their 40s and 50s bring hormone shifts, prostate concerns and muscle loss. By age 50 and over, optimization demands strategies such as NAD+ restoration, autophagy support and epigenetic tuning.

“Successful aging is no longer about simply adding more years to life—it’s about enhancing quality of life in each stage. At Cepham, we aim to preserve vitality through muscle, mind, sexual and emotional health so men can reach their 70s with the energy of their 50s,” Swaroop said.
