More than 360,000 pounds of Oscar Mayer turkey bacon have been recalled, the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced Wednesday.

Kraft Heinz pulled the products from stores nationwide and in the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong, after discovering they may be contaminated with Listeria.

Check your fridge and freezer for the recalled turkey bacon, and toss or return it immediately.

The recall affects three Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon Original products:

    • 12-oz. vacuum-packed packages; UPC: 071871548601; Use-By Dates: July 18, 2025, to Aug. 2, 2025; Lot Code: RS40
    • 36-oz. packages containing three 12-oz. vacuum-packed packages; UPC: 071871548748; Use-By Dates: July 23, 2025, to Sept. 4, 2025; Lot Codes: RS19, RS40, or RS42
    • 48-oz. packages containing four 12-oz. vacuum-packed packages; UPC: 071871548793; Use-By Dates: July 18, 2025, to Sept. 4, 2025; Lot Codes: RS19, RS40, or RS42

The products were produced from April 24, 2025, to June 11, 2025, and the recall impacts a total of 367,812 pounds of turkey bacon.

Lab testing showed that the turkey bacon may contain Listeria.

USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service

The affected turkey bacon may contain Listeria, bacteria that can cause serious foodborne illness.

Kraft Heinz initiated the recall after lab testing revealed that the turkey bacon may be contaminated.

FSIS gave the recall the highest risk level—Class 1—as there is a “reasonable probability” that the affected turkey bacon will “cause serious, adverse health consequences or death.”

Look for the recalled turkey bacon in your fridge and freezer. If you have it, throw it away immediately, or return it for a refund.

If you suspect you consumed the contaminated turkey bacon, monitor for symptoms of Listeria, including:

    • Fever
    • Muscle aches
    • Tiredness
    • Headache
    • Stiff neck
    • Confusion
    • Loss of balance
    • Convulsions
