The ‘Scream’ franchise
Starting the list off with one of Cox’s best works, the ‘Scream’ franchise is a well-known slasher and thriller film series, often credited with popularising the genre. The series started in 1996 with the first film, and over the years, it has released about five sequels and a TV show. The main plot revolves around a mysterious, masked man who goes around killing people one by one.
