Two types of roasted mixed nuts have been recalled due to undeclared hazelnuts, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced Tuesday.
Manufacturer Hampton Farms recalled the nut products—sold at Stop & Shop stores in five eastern states—in late September after discovering that the allergy warning statement on the packaging didn’t include hazelnuts, even though they were listed as an ingredient.
No illnesses have been reported, but the mix-up poses a risk to people with an allergy or sensitivity to hazelnuts.
The recalled mixed nuts, packaged in plastic tubs, can be identified by the following:

The products were distributed between Sept. 2 and Sept. 9, 2025, and sold in Stop & Shop stores in:

- Connecticut
- New Jersey
- New York
