Taylor Swift’s life lately has been hectic, to say the least (not to mention her recent engagement!). She recently spent more than a year on a world tour with back-to-back sold-out shows; all of which last more than three hours each. (That’d be enough to leave me exhausted 24/7.) Alongside that, Swift is also often seen at Kansas Chief football games supporting her now-fiancé and team tight end player, Travis Kelce. And we’re not even taking into account Swift’s other activities, like dinner with celeb friends and recording sessions (The Life of a Showgirl, anyone?). All this to say, the singer has had a lot on her schedule. Given this busy lifestyle, it’s no surprise that it takes a physical toll on her body.

According to fellow singer Gracie Abrams, Swift’s secret to managing pain is an affordable acupressure mat. “There’s an amazing acupressure mat that is $15 on Amazon. It’s so painful, but it helps with back pain,” said Abrams in an interview with Who What Wear. “And if you’re touring, you must have back pain. Taylor gave me that advice.”

And truthfully, it’s a pretty good tip — an acupressure mat is an effective recovery tool, especially for those dealing with constant pain. It applies pressure to different parts of the body, which in turn relieves stiff muscles, stress, headaches, and any other body pain. Think of it as a budget-friendly at-home massage. And while Swift’s go-to mat was not mentioned, I found similar options that you can nab starting at $23 at Amazon. Bonus: There are even a few options on sale right now. Below, check out these popular acupressure mats that’ll offer you sweet relief everywhere.

ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set

    Amazon

The ProsourceFit Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set is Amazon’s best-selling acupuncture product. For just $23, you can score the pain-relieving tool that more than 32,000 shoppers swear by. The budget-friendly set is made with a cushioned, cotton foam covered in therapeutic spikes which massage pressure points to reduce muscle tension as well as back pain and neck pain. Plus, it’s available in large and extra large sizes to offer full body coverage for varying heights. Shoppers with chronic pain raved about this product, with one reviewer saying that they can feel the “tightness and pain […] just melting away.”

    Babehop Acupressure Mat Set

    Amazon

Relax your entire body with the Babehop Acupressure Mat Set for $19. Another top option at Amazon, it increases blood flow to relieve pain and stress thanks to its spikes that energize the body. You can use this cushioned mat and pillow regularly for up to 30 minutes — just make sure to wear a T-shirt to minimize the initial discomfort from the acupressure pins. It comes in three colorways and includes a removable cloth cover that’s machine-washable.

DoSensePro Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set

    Amazon

The DoSense Pro Acupressure Mat and Pillow is an ideal choice for tall users thanks to its 29-inch length. The extra long, pin cushioned mat plus pillow stimulates pressure points to quickly alleviate tired muscles, headaches, neck, and back pain. Better yet, it comes with a hot and cold gel pack for additional pain relief. While it takes time to adjust to the spikes, reviewers found themselves “free of tension” and the pain “substantially better.”
