Miles Teller is gushing over Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s engagement.
“Anytime you find the person you want to spend forever with, that’s such exciting news,” the Top Gun: Maverick star told E! News at the Toronto International Film Festival on Sunday, September 7.
“That’s the first step of life-long companionship,” said Miles, 38, who replied “yeah” when asked if he and wife Keleigh Teller would double-date with Swift and Kelce.
Miles and Keleigh have been friends with Swift, 35, for several years and sat in her suite at the 2024 Super Bowl. At the time, Keleigh, 32, shared Instagram pics that offered a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how the VIP group celebrated Kelce’s victory with the Kansas City Chiefs.

In November 2021, Miles and Keleigh appeared in Swift’s music video for “I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor’s Version),” which was directed by Blake Lively. The couple played the bride and groom at a wedding crashed by Swift.
“We love you so much @taylorswift ❤️❤️,” Keleigh, a model, wrote via Instagram when the video was released.

Nearly four years later, Swift is enjoying life as the fiancée of Chiefs tight end Kelce, 35, who proposed to her last month.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” the duo wrote in a joint Instagram post on August 26.
Kelce slipped a dazzling diamond on Swift’s finger. The giant cushion-cut ring, crafted by Kindred Lubbock at Artifex Fine Jewelry, reminded him of the pop superstar he’s dated since 2023.
“Travis is incredibly thoughtful. He had a clear vision of what he wanted,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in August. “He chose it almost entirely on his own. He knows her so well and what she likes — a timeless, classic, vintage touch.”
The insider noted that Kelce “considered everything about what she’d like and want, and he paid attention to the jewelry she wears often for inspiration.”
In early September, Kelce said on his “New Heights” podcast that he and Swift are gearing up to plan their wedding.

It’s still early stages, but the guest list may likely include the Tellers, whose love story stretches back 12 years. Miles first met Keleigh in 2013 at a party for the band The Black Keys.
“Keleigh had caught my eye early in the night, and we talked,” Miles told Vogue in 2019. “I didn’t think it went well, but after a few more attempts, I got her to dance with me, and a week later, we went on a date. After we met, I knew she was The One.”
