Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, is sharing more insight into her financial situation.
After claiming last month that she had just “$6 to my name,” Kelley, 48, shared a screenshot to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, August 20, showing an overdrawn bank account.
The business account, under the name KW FLOW LLC, appears to be overdrawn by $2,779.20. A business card attached to the account, meanwhile, has a balance of $12.
In a July 29 Instagram post, Kelley claimed she was in a difficult financial position amid her divorce from actor Scott, 57.

“1:00 AM … Tonight, I had two choices: Sleep in my car — again — or use a room that had been booked for me at what used to be my favorite hotel in Utah,” she wrote. “I chose neither. Because dignity matters.”
“I have $6 to my name. My brother supports me. Let that sink in,” Kelley continued. “After building a career as one of the most exclusive consultants in the world — (and if you don’t believe me, then you were never in the room where it happened) — I’m now living inside a system that tried to erase me.”
Us Weekly broke the news on Wednesday that Kelley had been dropped by her divorce lawyer after Scott accused his estranged his wife of making “disturbing, false” allegations against him.
A Utah judge presiding over the divorce granted a motion brought forward by Kelley’s attorney, Farrah Spencer, to withdraw her representation earlier this week.
Spencer and her law firm were “permitted to withdraw as counsel of record for [Kelley] effective immediately, and are relieved of any and all future duties and responsibilities for [Kelley] in this case,” per court documents obtained by Us.
The judge said that “all further pleadings, motions, notices and other documents shall be served directly on [Kelley]” at her personal email address.
Party of Five alum Scott recently spoke out about his divorce battle with Kelley, with whom he shares three children, in a statement to People on Friday, August 15. He said his ex had “plans to ‘make claims’ about me,” including allegations of psychological abuse and child endangerment, that she didn’t believe were true.

The actor said his “continued hope is to have this most difficult chapter of our family’s lives remain as private as possible, however, the well-being of my children is at stake, and that will always be my priority.”
“There are some significant challenges that are making our situation incredibly difficult and contentious, and it is tragic for all involved,” he added. “I was informed of some deeply disturbing and entirely false allegations that were made about me by my estranged wife.”
Kelley responded to the allegations in a statement to People, saying, “I will be very clear when I say this: I don’t believe that Scott would [abuse our children]. I’ve lost my career, my reputation, my children, my integrity, my honor, my devotion to my marriage. As a parent, I have literally lost everything except my life. I’ve done everything strategic, and I’m hopeful for my children.”
