Detwiler’s team at new Bradenton store
On Nov. 12, Detwiler’s Farm Market, a Florida-based family-owned natural grocery chain, announced it will open its seventh location at 4502 E State Rd 64 in Bradenton, FL. The grocer will renovate a former Winn-Dixie in the Braden River Plaza into a 43,000-square-foot store.
The Bradenton location will feature Detwiler’s signature departments—farm-fresh produce, high quality meats and seafood, an old-fashioned deli, scratch-made bakery, grocery and wellness—while also introducing new, unique product offerings.
According to the company, Braden River Plaza features a mix of specialty stores and popular restaurants that serve the area’s growing population. Detwiler’s hopes to bring a strong grocery anchor to Bradenton while enhancing the center’s ability to meet the everyday shopping needs of the community.
“As a family, we are excited to continue growing. We’re so thankful to our loyal customers who make this growth possible and for the opportunity to serve even more people in our community,” said Detwiler’s Founder Henry Detwiler, Sr.
“We’re thrilled to expand again in the Bradenton area. Our stores are busier than ever, and this new location will help us make room for more customers and serve everyone better,” added Detwiler’s President Sam Detwiler. “We can’t wait to bring the full Detwiler’s experience to this part of town. Our commitment to offering the best products at the best prices and creating a fun, friendly shopping experience will never change.”
