Cash Warren was spotted with Seanna Pereira exiting a Los Angeles club during the early hours of Wednesday, September 3.
Warren, 46, was photographed with Pereira outside of Bird Streets Club, an exclusive private members-only restaurant and social club, at approximately 1 a.m. local time, according to pictures obtained by the Daily Mail.
The pair were seen waiting by the valet stand, per the photos. Warren wore a white T-shirt, blue pants and black sneakers.
Pereira donned a white bodysuit with black shorts and pointed heels. The actress carried a white Chanel handbag and her phone, which was in a pink case.

Warren’s late-night outing comes amid a budding romance with model Hana Sun Doerr following his split from his estranged wife, Jessica Alba, earlier this year.
News broke in January that Alba, 44, and Warren called it quits after 16 years of marriage. The pair — who share daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, and son Hayes, 7 — both filed for divorce in February, listing December 27, 2024, as their date of separation.
The estranged couple have each moved on romantically in the months that followed. Alba sparked relationship speculation with actor Danny Ramirez in July when they were seen arriving in L.A. from Mexico.

Warren gave the Fantastic Four actress his blessing that same month, telling TMZ, “I’m happy for her. I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy.”
Warren, for his part, stepped out with Sun Doerr, 26, in August for dinner in L.A. They were later photographed walking hand in hand on a double date in Beverly Hills on August 19, per photos obtained by Us Weekly.

The source added that the estranged spouses have “clear boundaries when it comes to their kids meeting their new significant others,” and both “agreed to keep things separately for now.”
A separate insider exclusively told Us on Friday, August 29, that the age differences between Alba and Ramirez, 32, and Warren and Sun Doerr “is not a big deal” for either of them.
