Natural Products Expo West returns to the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA from March 3-6.
According to show organizers, 2026 is a milestone year as Expo West celebrates 45 years with the biggest show to date. The new CPG Innovation Summit is a one-day immersive experience built to connect brands with the resources they need to innovate and thrive. The Arena will be hosting The Launch Pad, a way to experience inventive concepts, meeting inspiring new brands and see where innovation begins.
Buyer-only hours, exclusive access for buyers to connect with exhibitors before the show floor opens each day, will also be returning. The exhibit hall will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on March 4-5 and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 6. Buyer-only hours will be from 9 to 10 a.m. on March 4-5.
The 2026 trade show is expected to have more than 60,000 attendees, more than 3,000 exhibitors and more than 300 speakers from more than 65 countries.
Show Highlights
March 3
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Climate Day will be held at the Marriott Grand Ballroom. Climate Day is an opportunity to connect with leaders and discover the latest information, innovations and community your company needs to take meaningful climate action in 2026. There will be keynotes and an interactive Community Resource Fair.
From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., the new CPG Innovation Summit debuts at the Marriott Marquis Ballroom Center. Innovation is accelerating at an unprecedented pace, and the CPG industry is at the center of it all—such as AI-driven operations, next-generation marketing strategies, evolving retail models and impact-driven business approaches. The summit will bring more than 750 attendees for a one-day journey centered around transforming today’s opportunities into impact and growth. There will also be a streamlined version of the traditional Expo West Pitch Slam.
From noon to 5 p.m., the Fresh Ideas Organic Marketplace will be held at the Marriott East Lot Tent. The innovative outdoor event combines then lively appeal of a traditional farmers’ market with the hustle and bustle of an industry trade show. Attendees will enjoy a wide range of certified organic products and the latest organic trends.
From 1 to 5 p.m., the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA) will be hosting its annual AHPA Herb Walk, a guided tour of the 26-acre botanical gardens at Fullerton Arboretum on the campus of California State University-Fullerton. The Arboretum has a permanent collection of more than 4,000 plant species from around the world. The walk is a unique opportunity to learn about culinary and medicinal herbs from a faculty of renowned herbalists.
From 3 to 6 p.m., the Expo West Block Party returns to the Grand & Arena Plaza for its second year with a special 45th anniversary “Through the Decades” theme. It will be a night of nostalgia, networking and pure fun that honors the natural product industry’s evolution.
March 4
A Community Brunch will he held from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Marriott Parking Lot. It is an opportunity to connect with peers and clients. It is open to all attendees and exhibitors and will be held in a big white tent.
The State of Natural & Organic Keynote will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Marriott Marquis Ballroom Center. It is an informative keynote session highlighting product trends and industry insights. The 2026 keynote will inform business strategy, the latest trends in product innovation and driving positive change within the organic and natural products industry.
An Organic Night Out: Honoring the Year’s Best in Organic will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Marriott Marquis Ballroom. Hosted by The Organic Center and Organic Voices, this event is an evening filled with celebration, knowledge sharing and networking opportunities, all while supporting a greener and healthier future for the planet. Attendees will network with other organic stakeholders about research and work while enjoying dinner and a one-of-a-kind awards show.
The Evenings on the Plaza concert series will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Grand Plaza. March 4 will feature Blind Melon and March 5 will feature Capital Cities.
March 5
The J.E.D.I (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) Community Happy Hour will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Arena Plaza. Join New Hope Network alongside its partners, Naturally Network, J.E.D.I Collaborative and Project Potluck for a community happy hour. The organizers work to break down barrier and create a more inclusive, equitable and diverse natural products industry.
From 6 to 7:45 p.m., the NEXTY Awards Ceremony & Celebration will be held at the Marriott Marquis Ballroom Center. The NEXTY Awards recognize the most progressive, impactful and trustworthy products in the natural products industry.
