Nearly 2,000 pounds of holiday kielbasa sausages have been recalled due to potential metal contamination, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced Monday. Olympia Provisions, a Portland, Oregon company, recalled the ready-to-eat sausages after a customer reported finding metal in the product. So far, there have been no confirmed injuries linked to the sausages.

The 1,930 pounds of sausages, produced on Oct. 14, 2025, were sold online nationwide and shipped to retailers in California, Oregon, and Washington.
If you have eaten the sausages and are concerned about a possible injury, the USDA recommends contacting a healthcare provider. Anyone who has the sausages should not eat them and should either toss them or return them to the place of purchase.
