This rice cooker does all the measuring for you. Fill the reservoir with water, add rice (or other grains or beans), and then the machine will dispense the correct amount of water and start cooking. When I tested it, I particularly liked that I could choose my texture preference: soft, regular, or firm. You can delay the start by up to 20 hours, and the Keep Warm feature keeps rice toasty, not scorched. I almost can’t believe how deep this discount is—$100 off.
